I've had them for a few years, and have gotten great use out of them. They are very discreet, last for weeks, and work very well as long as you configure the settings correctly. My only complaint is that you need a PC to configure settings and set time stamp. I previously only had a Mac, so had to borrow a PC to initially set it up. But you can transfer files and delete easily on a Mac- just not setup. I bought other recorders previous to these that didn't stack up. Customer service was great too- I accidentally deleted the software off one of my devices, and they sent me a file to restore the software. It is well worth the money for the peace of mind. ### ⭐ Missing piece never came with the recording *by G***T on May 20, 2023* The product missing one of the piece that’s why I never can use very well. ### ⭐⭐⭐ quit charging *by G***I on February 9, 2023* Have had it about 7 months. It quit charging and quit data transferring, other wise, I was very happy with it for the short time it worked.
