Review: Very nice gauge for any home mechanic - We are always working on cars, motercycles or bikes and we have a huge air compressor i got this becuase it was a good way to moniter pressure as your putting air in rather then using a seperate presure gauge. It has not let us down. Feels solid and works like a champ. We just keep it connected to the air lines so its alwsys handy and easy to use. We have used it more then a dozen times so far and love it. Review: Heavy duty - This tire inflator is heavy duty it's nice looking and works well. What's nice about this is that it has the connector to go on a air compressor that has the gauge attached with the tire inflator it's all in one piece. I bought this for a gift for my husband and he also stated this was nice and heavy duty as well. He is a mechanic of trade and uses it on a regular basis. He said that it was accurate compared to testing with other gauges that he uses. I would recommend this tire inflator to use as needed. It connects up Ezy. The gauge is easy to read. It has actually been left out in the rain cold and dampness and still works fine.

It works okay with one issue though...that was resolved!
This tire inflator seems to work fine as far as making a good seal and the gauge seems to be fairly accurate with psi measurements. What I don't like though is it seeps air out regardless if you are squeezing the lever or not. I left it on my motorcycle tire while I stepped away for a moment only to come back and find the pressure in my tire increased to above 60 psi without ever squeezing the lever. I checked the pressure of the tire with my digital gauge first to see if this gauge was accurate before I even attached the inflator to the stem so I know it was at the right psi in the first place. I let air out until I got to the 36 psi it needed to be and checked against my digital and it was accurate but I had to get t to the right pressure and remove the hose immediately before it could put more air in the tire. I lowered my compressor settings to see if that reduced the output or removed it altogether to no avail. It will be harder to fill a tire accurately when it is constantly putting air in. I don't think this is normal. UPDATE: I should have posted this a long time ago! The seller reached out to me with my concern and sent me a replacement at no cost and I didn't have to return the defective one. I am VERY pleased with the replacement AND the service!!

Terrible -- won't use again
Well, the inflator looked great when it arrived. I used it today to top off my truck tires, and was very disappointed: 1. The "pressure release" button sticks. I pressed it once to release some air, and it stuck. I had to hurriedly detach the inflator from the tire valve, play with it, and then it seemed OK. This happened more than once. 2. The second tire inflated well, but released air once I detached the inflator. Turns out the valve core got smashed. The pin inside the inflator isn't centered (I noticed that later). Luckily I live near a tire shop and was able to limp there on a deflating tire to get a new valve core. Very disappointed with this product, returning it. Cannot recommend this to anyone.

Heavy duty!
My hubby is very pleased with his new Motor Luxe tire inflator pressure gauge. He is very impressed with how heavy duty the gauge is, especially for the price! It has a rugged design with some weight to it, it will be a great addition to all of our other air compressor tools and attachments. It seems very easy to use, the thumb trigger is a great feature and the adapters can be switched around quickly. The glow in the dark dial is awesome for those of us that need to use it in the dark. The adapter accessory pack was a great bonus, we will putting the sport needle to good use! I would recommend to product to others based on it's great quality and heavy duty design!

Ridiculously large and high pressure guage
So the thing works, which is great. It feels pretty heavy duty, which is also a plus. The main reason I bought this is for the way it connects to the valve at 90 degrees. So the downside: The pressure gauge itself is HUGE. As in ridiculously large, so much so, that it not only looks funny, but makes the whole thing heavy and clunky. Also, the gauge goes up to 170PSI. 170!!! This is designed for tires. NO tires of any kind will get anywhere close to 180PSI. Most will be under 50PSI, and in rare cases up to 65PSI. Street bicycle tires can get to 100PSI but those are always pumped by hand because the tubes have such a small volume. So in the range that you need it, it's inaccurate because movement of a fraction of an inch of the needle is a few PSI. That's a bit silly. 3 stars because I can deal with the silliness while it does what I need it to do in a slightly inaccurate way. Now in defense of the seller, it's clearly labeled as 170PSI and heavy duty. So I can't blame them for that. I just know that it's completely impractical for tires.

Works great, easy to use, and durable
I have used this inflator gauge for car tires (up to 44psi) and bicycle tires (up to 70psi). The lock on chuck works well, providing a leak-free method of inflating, with minimal air loss when disconnecting. The gauge readings are accurate when compared to my digital pressure gauge. Remember to read the gauge with the thumb trigger off (meaning no air is injected). I have owned and used this gauge for the past three years with no issues so I consider it to be durable.

Heavy duty? Looks to be...
The display is bigger than my last one... which was an in-store Walmart purchase for, what, $11? That one would clip onto the valve stem much more easily than this one... This one requires effort to lock on. Pops off after filling quickly, with little loss of air. Large display glows in the dark, so when I'm in the garage on the shadow side of my car near the tire, I can read it without getting out the phone/flashlight or having to turn on more lighting. Feels like it will last a long time.
