It is a quality safety vest. Size was ordered like a hoodie, but is snug. I might order a second one, just larger, to use while ride my motorcycle.

BEST SAFETY VEST FOR WOMEN
This is the best vest for women! Especially if you don't want the fitted around the hips type, which are popular for the women's safety vests. This is so comfortable and flattering. I got the S, normally I wear a L womens, so you need to adjust the size. I have worn it a lot and it has not worn out. Love the pockets. Zipper is strong. I get complimented on it and I've sent the link to a lot of women who are in need of a safety vest.
