My Kuvings slow juicer had started getting stuck, so I reached out to customer care. They asked for a video of the auger and immediately identified a crack. I ordered this replacement auger and my juicer is now working perfectly again. The best part was the next-day delivery. I’ve been using Kuvings products for many years and truly appreciate their quick WhatsApp support and the fast availability of spare parts. No doubt, Kuvings is a trustworthy international brand known for its quality and end-to-end support

Kuvings is a scam, it’s a sub-standard Chinese product where they keep scamming you for life. There is no customer service, you buy once and then you keep buying spares for life. The spares have as good a margin as their original machines. Auger for all popular brands costs around ₹1500, but they charge you ₹4,000 in Kuvings. Plus you need to order them from Amazon, they don’t have any service network. My Auger broke within 2 months, it was not under warranty. So except motor, everything is your own responsibility from the day the product is delivered.
