Truly clean and effective protein powder! I’ve been using the Cosmix protein powder for a few weeks now, and I can already feel the difference. It’s light on the stomach, mixes well, and tastes great without any artificial sweetness. I love that it’s made with clean, plant-based ingredients and supports overall wellness — exactly what I was looking for! What impressed me most is the brand’s thoughtful approach to health and transparency. You can tell a lot of care has gone into formulating this. I’ve been using this protein for a few days now and it’s been good so far. The taste is decent and not too strong, and it mixes well. I didn’t face any stomach or digestion issues, which was my main concern. Overall, it feels like a good, clean plant protein and I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Good for a sensitive gut, but sometimes feels heavy in summer (I used cold water). Taste is not so good; it can be improved (Kerala vanilla beans can be a little sweet). Used honey and chocolate powder to make it taste better. Little chalky in texture should take with at least 450ml for not too heavy.

2 primary cons which spoils the overall experience 1. Extremely fine grain, hence it spills easily. Idk how one can take a scoop out without making the surroundings dirty. 2. The Vanilla Bean flavour has a very chalky taste. I don't prefer it.

Product is very good after consuming this I am not getting any bloating issues. It helped me on my weight loss journey. As natural Product we can consume long term also.

It is ok. Appears to be good quality. But it tastes chalky and I am not able to get over it.

For those who come from Whey Protein(Concentrate and Isolate), this is not the same as that. Sure, this Blended(Pea+Rice) Protein Powder is not gritty but it is not smooth either. It has that slight powdery feel when used in excess or when not mixed properly(seriously, let it soak in the liquid to make it smooth). Plus, if the label is to be believed, it has 10mg of Tryptophan per serving which is quite abysmal, even for a plant protein so it is suggested to pair it with other protein sources too(I use Fortified Soy Milk for this). No sugar(and Sucrolose too) is a plus. The monk fruit sweetness from Mogrosides is mild enough to be pleasant without overpowering it. It even has decent amount of Iron, Zinc and Potassium per serving, making it unnecessary to supplement for that. It even has dietary fiber too(which is hard to come by for a protein powder). So, four stars for this. I can't give it five stars as it hints at lack of appropriate amount of Tryptophan. Edit - The amount of Tryptophan per serving is corrected to 170mg per 38g serving as of December 2025 so it is better(actually pretty good) but still, combine this with other protein sources like Soy Milk(if possible) for better protein quality(i.e PDCAAS Score of 1). I am giving it that one remaining star. Five stars for a good product.

The best plant protein for gut sensitive folks. So easy to digest and such an incredible variety of flavours too. It’s effective for muscle recovery and helps me sustain my energy levels without any crashes or hunger pangs.
