Was a bit perplexed because I found it on a shelf and not in the refrigerated isle. Came home and followed the simple instructions. All you do is stir the chickpea puree, seasoning and tahini (cute wooden spoon included and each ingredient in it's own freshness sealed package). I am very picky about my hummus because I am garlic intolerant and this is the only hummus I have seen out there that you can find without garlic ( I bought the classic; however, there are more varieties). I was more than surprised at the taste and freshness. It was truly amazing. My husband and kids loved it. Once you stir (forgot to mention, you do this in the same container. Therefore, nothing to clean and easy enough to prepare at work, or on the go- MESS FREE). If you have any left over, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to four days. Honestly, it will be gone way before because it is that good.It is not easy to find, so after looking in a few grocery stores, I decided to order from Amazon. The beauty is that you prepare it when you need it and all you do is mix and VOILA!!!
