The bag leaked due to an inadequate drain closure system. of
The bags have a screw on cap for releasing the collection. We used one bag, for two days (daytime hours). The cap let fluids through 3 times resulting in soaking my husband. I have thrown that bag away. I am returning the other, unused bags. I expect a full refund, not a partial refund since the bag did not do what it was supposed to do.

Valve malfunctions on some
The bags are very good but some do trip during use. The valve on some of the bags do not work properly, they keep turning.

Considering price it's not good. Coloplast conveen leg bag is far more comfortable and secure. This bag slips from catheter if you're not careful.
