Could I also use this for graphite art?

Yes. The glove will pick up loose graphite powder and transfer it upon pressing or rubbing, however, so be mindful.

Will this work for a galaxy tab A8 and prevent the screen from registering my hand?

No. I bought them to use with my Galaxy Tab A8 and the gloves did nothing to prevent the touchscreen from registering my hand. It was impossible to use my stylus with the gloves on.

Will this make any tablet not feel or sense your hand when you place it on the screen?
