Works great, did a 1 hour pump down no problem, not too noisy and didn't get too hot.

Used it to draw a vacuum on my car AC. Worked well, no leaks, isn’t loud, and didn’t get very hot. Had a couple hiccups with the on switch, but otherwise ran well. I’ll order some additional oil for it as it slowly works its way thru it.

Works good, buy oil before use. Comes with small bottle of oil, but that would be good for about 1 ac job Hooked right up to my manifold gauge and drew vacume down guickly. Fairly quiet. Good pump and a good deal. Would recommend.

I used it once on a small mini split a/c trying to evacuate the system down to 500 microns. The pump was not able to draw the vacuum below 2584 before it began smoking, and melting, and then it just stopped. It wasn't expensive, but it should have run longer than 10 minutes.
