The containers are smaller than you'd find for basic cocoa in a grocery store, but the superior quality of the cocoa and the fact that is organic make it worth the extra money. A minimum order of 2 is required via desertcart, but I order it in quantities of 6 tins which lasts me a few months as I make delicious hot chocolate at least once per day -- worth every penny. This has been commonly added to cocoa powder to balance out the acidity and bring out the rich chocolatey aromas. **Q: So is this a Dutch Processed cocoa or an unprocessed cocoa powder?** A: I use it at a hot cocoa (hot chocolate) mix, it is processed. It is a darker chocolate flavor when making cocoa. Hope this helps. **Q: So this can be used for a hot cocoa drink as well? Can i use hot milk and just a few teaspoons of this cocoa powder?** A: Yes it can be used as a hot chocolate drink with hot milk. Easy on cocoa as it is very strong, suggest start with half a teaspoon, little sugar can be added to taste a little sweeter. Enjoy. **Q: Does the package list the country of origin or the type of cocoa beans from which it's made?** A: Hi. The version I ship is made in the UK but does not state which location the beans are originally from. I would imagine it would be from mixed sources. Thanks.
