YES! Can't live without this pen! Works perfectly AFTER I updated my drivers
I finally managed to kill my old pen, after nearly 2 years of constant abuse. (or however long it's been since Intuos 4 came out) As a graphic designer, I use this pen several hours EVERY day - it has totally replaced my mouse. (And since I began using a graphics pen, I have NO more wrist or hand pain, which was becoming quite a problem with my "mouse-hand") Yesterday, I dropped my pen and, as usual, I picked it up with my toes so I wouldn't have to bend over... Well, this time when I went to grab it from between my toes, I grabbed the top half but the bottom half was stuck between my toes... and I pulled it right apart... $#i+! And all the kings horses and all the king's men couldn't put Humpty-Dumpty together again. :( SO, since I knew I couldn't live more than 24 hours without it, I ordered yesterday (Friday) and had it sent overnight (only $10 - great deal, really! Not sure if that is the regular overnight shipping rate, or if that is just for Prime members) The Fed-Ex truck arrived fairly early this morning (Saturday) and I was SO happy to have a working pen again... until I sat down to work and... nothing. The pen didn't work with my tablet (Intuos 4, large) Aarggghh! I thought I'd have to call Amazon and say I got a dud, and would be pen-less until at least Monday, probably longer. But I decided to just check out the Wacom site and see if there anything I could find out - and decided to try downloading new drivers - and VOILE' - now it works just perfect! SO - If you buy this pen and it doesn't work right away, be sure to check the Wacom site and update your drivers before giving up on the pen and returning it. As far as the pen and how it works, I LOVE this pen! My previous tablet was one of the earlier Wacoms, and the big fat pen felt like I was holding a sausage. This one is nicely tapered, slim, and has an awesome rubber/soft coating so it is very comfortable to hold, and takes very little strength to hold securely - which is nice, since it is in my hand for several hours every day. It is so comfortable and easy to hold, in fact, that it has completely changed the way I hold ALL pens and pencils, and I no longer have a big callus/lump on my middle finger where I used to, from gripping pens/pencils too tightly. The pen is VERY responsive to pressure changes, tilt, rotation, bearing... pretty much everything! I can see the subtle differences somewhat in photoshop, but especially in Painter, where the brushes are even more sensitive (and realistic) than even the new ones in PS. Changing nibs is very simple and quick to do, though I haven't needed to do it very often, since developing a lighter touch. Also, the surface on my Intuos has gotten quite smooth after many, many hours of use, so the nibs last longer now than they did when I first got the tablet (and original pen). Included with the pen are the stand and some additional nibs - although when I originally bought my tablet, it came with more types of nibs than what comes with this pen replacement. I love my Intuos, and love the grip-pen! Some people say they don't like the "too-fat" grip-pen, and buy the slimmer "upgrade" but I honestly see no reason for it - this one is just fabulous, and is not too fat, IMO. The only reason I would consider "upgrading" is if I needed the additional controls of the art-pen or the airbrush pen, but honestly, I think the standard grip-pen will probably have more than enough responsiveness for 95% of people that use it. Even with the wide variety of brush-work and other things I do, this pen has definitely got everything I need. Good price on Amazon, and I was super-happy to receive it so quickly!

Works good on Cintiq 16
I got this after purchasing a use Wacom Cintiq 16 that came without a pen. I had to do a bit of research to see which pen models worked with my tablet. It works perfectly, just have to make sure you go thru tha settings to set up the drawing preferences in the way youd prefer.

Worked perfect with Cintiq Pro HD/ DTK 2420
So I don’t own a cintiq, my university recently got new cintiqs for the art department and we were suggested to buy pens if we didn’t want to check out some. One of my professors recommended this pen and at first it wasn’t syncing up but then it did. I’m really unfamiliar with calibration syncing and everything when it comes to pens so I can’t give input on those things. I just know that it works perfectly. It comes with the little pen holder cup three black and white nibs. Now I’m not sure if the white ones are something completely different from nibs but it’s there. You can hide the nibs inside the cup as it screws open. The end of the pen is an eraser. Bonus points. So idk if I have to set it up with the cintiq but it doesn’t rotate. I thought it did but I guess it doesn’t, unless I have to set it up in the settings on photoshop ( which is the program I mostly use). Overall happy with the purchase :)

Works fine, but Wacom skimps on the extras
If you're buying this pen, you're probably using an older no-longer-manufactured model of tablet like I am, and just need a replacement pen that does the job. So far, the pen seems fine in action, so I can't complain much! But, as others have said, the pen annoyingly does not come with everything that it used to. The one I received only came with 6 extra nibs (not 10, as this model did previously), meaning it only had 2 varieties of nib, not the usual 4. For your reference, it is missing both the paper-textured nib and the nib with a grey point (not sure what either of these are called, but hopefully you wacom users know what I mean). This pen's holder also used to come with all the nibs already inside of the holder, but now you have to do that part yourself. The package I received was also completely missing the nib-remover ring that usually comes inside of the pen holder. I think this is just a symptom of Wacom cutting corners-- a little touch of shrinkflation. It's more annoying than anything, but makes me worry the pen's construction might not be what it used to be, too. I guess time will tell!

Product is excellent.

Works great, but damn expensive. A typical case where a producer can set whatever price on a product, because without it, my tablet would be useless.
