Everything it performs can be done in the drawer it’s held in which is awesome. Usually you have to take out every single item From the drawer and there’s no counter space while you’re cooking or finishing up and you don’t want to pull the foil out or wrap out bc usually while tearing a sheet requires using space and counter pressure on the counter and foil/wrap, from sticky cooking hands that then have to grab and put back away dirty for the next person to use. It’s actually kind of gross to think about the old way of doing things without this great innovation and space saver.
