Enjoying eating again
I have gastric reflux, IBS and diverticular disease, and was advised by my nutritionist to try this item, to help deal with my problems. Within a couple of days I noticed a huge difference in my regular symptoms. It's not a cure all, but it has certainly made a huge difference in the fact that as long as I'm careful I can enjoy food again. It's easy to swallow, and I think worth the money for the difference it makes in my daily life.

Definately a supplement to take for gut problems but only if you check with your doctor first.My problems have got so much better.

Helps a lot
Helped a lot, after trying other products with no results, I saw someone said these helped her on a YouTube video and thought why not give these a try and within a week I noticed a significant improvement. Then 6 months later my symptoms returned so again I purchased these and saw results again so sticking with these. Of course everyone’s gut has a different bacteria/ biome, so there’s no guarantees.

Not as good
I have taken Alflorex for a few years and always found it helpful for IBS and gut pain . But since they change to added calcium and the length of the capsules I have found it gives me indigestion, and are hard to swallow . I will be changing to another brand . Shame as it used to be a good product.
