I bought this Boka strawberry mango flavor for my toddler — I figured he would enjoy this over a mint flavor because what kid enjoys a harsh, burning feeling? It smells fruity and tastes like a smoothie. We are still practicing brushing but this toothpaste helps encourage the importance of daily teeth maintenance. Also, I love that it’s fluoride-free and I am not worried if it's swallowed. It is pricier than I would prefer, but it has lasted so long that I've came to terms that it's worth the cost.

I recently switched my kids to Boka Fluoride-Free Kids Toothpaste in the strawberry flavor, and it’s been a massive hit. As a parent trying to find a safe, effective, fluoride-free option that doesn't cause a fight every morning, this is a game-changer. I switched my son to this toothpaste and it has been great! I haven’t noticed whitening, but his teeth do look good and clean after he has brushed. He loves the flavor. And he is one to complain about “spicy” toothpaste. This toothpaste has never been whined about in my household. In fact, switching to this toothpaste has made brushing his teeth simpler because he enjoys the flavor so much. I have noticed it doesn’t foam up like other toothpaste’s do. Another side story, and probably the biggest thing, I think this is actually shrinking my sons cavities. His pediatric dentist told me he would need fillings before his teeth could fall out at 12 (12 year molars). I saw the cavities on the xrays. A year later, the cavities are smaller. And the dentist said if things can maintain this way, there will be no need for fillings! He does brush morning and night, and often after lunch because we homeschool and he has that ability. But I’m just thrilled that my son could potentially avoid this procedure!

My kids have LOVED brushing their teeth with this. They had been fighting to let us brush for a while, so it was nice to find something they liked. My husband and I have been using the mint flavor, and it’s been good as well. We like the ingredients, and the texture is nice. The tubes both felt like they could have fit more, so I took off a star for size/value.

I'm a repeat buyer! My toddler loves the taste and I love the ingredients. Boka is an awesome brand and I feel safe giving it to my kids and knowing their teeth are being cleaned.

This review is pretty much the same as the one I wrote for the Boka Coco Ginger. Boka Toothpaste is just that good. I've been using the Japanese brand Apagard Premio toothpaste for a couple of years now and recently I noticed this Boka toothpaste while looking for alternatives that wold be less costly. I've been using this toothpaste since the end of May, 2025. I wish they would sell it in larger tubes. Boka Toothpaste is very mild and makes brushing your teeth better. It doesn't have that harsh mint flavor which with most toothpastes feels like it's burning your mouth. It comes in multiple flavors and when you're done brushing your teeth, there is no need to rinse your mouth as it is a safe toothpaste to use. After having used it for a few days, I decided that I will keep using the Boka brand from now on. I just wish that most stores would carry this toothpaste instead pf selling all those major brands which are full of fluoride. Did a bit of research and found that Boka Toothpaste has the same percentage of nano-hydroxyapatite as Apagard Premio which is 10%. So that means that Boka Toothpaste is just as good if not better. No Fluoride No Harsh burning Mint Flavor Safe to shallow Multiple flavors 10% nano-hydroxyapatite Keeps your teeth Strong And one thing I've noticed is nano-hydroxyapatite makes your teeth less sensitive by rebuilding your tooth enamel I ordered four flavors, Watermelon Mint, Strawberry Mango, Orange Cream and Coco Ginger. So far, I've tried the Coco Ginger and I was surprised at how mild it was and it didn't have the sharp taste that ginger usually has. It is good and I enjoy it. I also tried the Orange Cream which was good. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors. The Orange Cream I'm sure my wife will like if I can get her to try it. But she can be very stubborn at times. I see there are some other flavors which I intend to try such as the Cinnamint, Cucumber Dill, Lemon Lavender and Strawberry Basil. Not sure if I should try the Ela Mint as I don't know how strong or mild the mint will be. I'm sure that if places such as Walmart brick & mortar stores sold this toothpaste, that it would sell really well.

Great toothpaste, kids loves the orange, very subtle taste not too strong. The mint is great tasting and mild. Teeth feel very clean. And best of all NO TOXIC FLUORIDE!!

Excellent product and fast delivery

I've swapped to a non fluoride and non mint toothpaste due to perioral dermatitis which has been affecting my lips with blisters. I tried another brand in a different fruit but that also irritated me and I was recommended to try this one instead. I love this orange one! It's a bit yummy ie orange cream - like the insides of those chocolate orange creams but not quite as sugary. Since switching, I have barely had any blisters on my lips so I'm happy. I've been using it for a few weeks and haven't seen any whitening effects as yet which is something that concerns me , but I will still at it as it's supposed to improve with continued use Cheaper than the other brand I tried and although it's 4 x what I would usually pay for toothpaste, I'm happy to keep using it for a while while I have this issue. Ps I'm an adult. I've got used to not having mint as I seem to react to it and it makes my lips sore. It's not as refreshing as mint for sure but happy to have an alternative.

We’ve tried almost every Boka kids flavor at this point (Watermelon Mint and Orange Cream are runners-up), but Strawberry Mango is hands-down our family’s favorite. It smells and tastes like real fruit, not that fake chemical kiddie toothpaste flavor. If you have a child who fights toothbrushing, has sensory sensitivities, or you just want a clean, safe, effective fluoride-free option—this is it. Worth every penny.
