The bulbs came when they were supposed to, and were in good condition. They are as bright as the halogens and give off a nice light for LED bulbs. I do like the warm light of the halogen bulb better, but the trade off of less energy consumption is a good one. Overall very happy. **** Update **** Of the two lights on my exhaust vent I purchased in Nov 2016, one has begun to flicker and will need replacing.
