Strainer/spoon** A: No, there is no copper. Even though it is copper in color, the material is titanium plated stainless steel. **Q: Can I use a tea bag?** A: Yes of course! I would use a tea bag without the tea strainer and when steaping the tea put the lid on for 5-10 min. Like normal. I even use this cup for coffee.
