I want to download on Windows 10 but it's says uncompatible

You don't need to download any drivers; it will work straight out the box just plug it in. It works on my windows 10 pc.

Does this work for windows 11 or does it need some extra software thank you ?

I have a Dell Inspiron 3670 Desktop PC (purchased in 2019) running the newest version of Windows 11. On my PC, plugging in the USB WiFi Dongle for PC caused Microsoft drivers to be automatically installed. Windows Device Manager identified the USB WiFi Dongle for PC as a Realtek 8811CU Wireless LAN 802.11ac USB NIC. The USB WiFi Dongle for PC works fine, but in my case, I had to disable the existing network adapter built-in to my Dell PC and then modify Windows 11 network settings to make Windows 11 use the USB WiFi Dongle for PC instead.
