Heel Problems Are Going Away
My size 12 feet had severely dry cracked heels with huge fissures. Huge chunks of dead dry hard skin would begin to flake off. They'd catch the carpet when I walked around the house which could cause a lot of pain. They looked horrible and quite frankly I was a bit embarrassed to wear flip flops most days. My dad's feet are the same as mine so a lot of my issues are possibly genetic. Thought to myself applying lotion is not getting it done. There's got to be someone who makes something that will hold the ointment in place without getting the sheets all gross. And in walked Heal A Heel. First night, I applied Aquaphor cream on both heels, put the cups on, and put on a pair of socks. Both feet were dry the next morning. Every last bit of ointment had been sucked into my skin. Second night, there was some cream still left on my heels. So it really plumped up the skin. I now use it most nights. The only issue with them is the size and price. My feet are size 12 with really bad ankles meaning both joints are constantly swollen. (A history of playing basketball in my youth.) The cups themselves (you get two per package) fits the heel perfectly. However, the straps and magnets are not long enough to hold on for even a few seconds meaning it is required for me to wear socks in order to keep everything on and tight overnight. If they made these with longer straps, they'd be perfect. It's just a little awkward to put everything on but this isn't enough of a reason to withhold one star. And the price. They seem expensive for what you get. That said, my feet are no longer an embarrassment to look at. So are they expensive? Yes. That said... My feet look MUCH better. And more importantly, they FEEL much better. No more walking around in pain. No more bloody heels. Or deep fissures. All of this after having used them for only a week. And for that, they are priceless. I am a life long convert.

Didn’t know I needed this
I had a deep crack in heel and was extremely painful. These came with samples of cream. I found too hot to sleep in (hot sleeper). But, I put them on with lotion and wear during the day with socks. Someone had commented slightly big in heel. I wear ladies size 7 and they are slightly big in the heel, but it doesn’t seem to cause an issue. I can comfortably wear with shoes. My heels improved in a very short time

Way too small!
For those of us trying to decide if we should get the adjustable heel cups, or these size "medium" non-adjustable heel cups... Let me just inform you that if your foot is women's size 8 or larger, these are going to be too small. There's a good possibility that maybe even some size 7's will find these too small - depending on the size of your ankle/foot. I've managed to wear these overnight on only two separate occasions - the top strap digs into the top of my foot so bad that they left indentation marks on both my feet for a good 6 hours after taking them off. The silicone itself is a very heavy duty silicone - it is not very stretchy. Honestly, I am severely disappointed in this company's products. I have purchased multiple items from them and, after my initial positive impressions, I have come to realize that there are quite a few design flaws and product flaws. For how much these heel cups cost, potential customers should at least be provided with a way to measure if they fit before purchasing - especially considering they don't offer any other non-adjustable sizes. Purchasers basically have to "just hope for the best!" The only other option is their adjustable heel cup - with the magnetic clasp being a serious design downfall. Can you walk in them during the day? Honestly I don't see why the company says you shouldn't cautioning that you might damage them - this is absolute nonsense. Like I said, these are made out of pretty heavy duty silicone. I wear my adjustable heel cups around the house all day long for the last 3 months without a problem (aside from having to wear a pair of socks over them because the magnetic closure is useless). If you are lucky enough to have petite little feet, then these heel cups are for you!

Almost comfortable.
I wear a women’s size 5.5-6 M shoe or sneaker. I bought the Medium. These fit well over the instep area, but were large around the heel cup and slid around a bit as I was walking. I put these on right before bed to minimize walking in them. They were comfortable in that my feet didn’t get too warm like they do when I wear socks to bed. Several times while sleeping, I was aware they were on my feet, but I didn’t fully wake up. In the morning, they were easy to wash. I will use them again as needed. I haven’t used them on consecutive nights yet.

Way too tight
These might be great for someone with a smaller foot, but I wear a size 9.5 and these were SO tight they cut my blood circulation off and left a deep indent in my foot after just a short while of wearing. I tried to stretch them out, but nothing worked. So, maybe good for a small foot, but for a bigger foot, I'd suggest looking for something else.

Cracked heels
Great after applying cream, covered with these and made it easier to move around. We only used with sock covering. They worked for his large, wide feet.

Adjustable strap is magnetic and will no stay clasped
I bought these heel cups due to the better coverage it would provide for back and sides of the heel, which they did. I bought the adjustable heel cups based on reviews from others saying the medium sizing went a bit small. I'm a men's size 10 which is the upper end of the size chart for these heel cups. The fit was good, so no issues there. However, the adjustable strap has magnets embedded in the silicon to secure the strap. Seemed like a good idea until I tried to wear them to bed. Every time I moved my feet or rolled over, the strap would come loose and cause the heel cup to come off under my covers. Very poor design. Velcro would have been much better. My solution was to wear a sock over the heal cups just to keep them in place. I would not recommend buying these if you move around in bed while you sleep. They will not stay on your feet. I would have given a 4 or 5 star if the strap was designed differently and stayed secure. With the cost of these heel cups, I would think the strap would have been better designed.

So glad I took the chance on these!
I was hesitant... these seem too good to be true. But I’m now a believer! I have Type 1 Diabetes and I swear I can not soften my heels no matter what I do. Until now! The first night, I slathered foot lotion on and put the heel cups on and they were a little loose. The feeling kept me awake at first, but then I fell asleep and woke up to dead skin practically falling off my heels. It wasn’t as dramatic the next few nights after that initial sloughing, but every morning saw an improvement. I’m a week in and there is no more visible cracking or staining. They’re so much softer, not catching on fabric, and not hurting from cracks! Yesterday my feet hurt from a long day so I did a magnesium and arnica lotion before the cups and they felt relieved in 20 minutes! Sizing info: I wear a women’s 8.5 wide and have a high instep, so I went with a large. While they do feel loose when I put them on, they get snugged into place as soon as I slide my feet into the sheets. Smaller might have fit better but I think for circulation, I’m happier with looser, and it’s working so yay!

Saved my summer
My cracked heels are normally horrible in the summer. Very painful, and I’m self-conscious wearing sandals. These heel cups have made such a huge difference! After a couple of weeks, my heels were so much softer. They are the best solution I’ve tried. I was worried they would roll down or bunch up, but they stay in place perfectly all night.
