I had to leave a review. This gel insoles are incredibly comfortable. After a high impact accident and multiple pelvis surgeries, I have 12mm leg discrepancy. I was given an orthotic heel lift which was very hard and narrow so it kept moving. I also have high arch so insoles that help with shock absortion are a must for me. I bought the male ones as they are wider and they fit perfectly in my trainers and even in my crocs withouth moving at all. I am so happy!!!! no more pain in my heels. Highly recommended

Good item which stayed in place and didn’t wear down. However, i ordered a height which h was fractionally too low and will order a slightly higher heel support and check if that is a better fit for me.

Exactly as advertised- Great for me but quite narrow like my feet - but may not suite someone with wide feet- good dense and supporting yet cushioning raisers. Increased comfort for solid heals. Have bought 8 pairs for my shoes, product has a naturally sticky base which means they don't slip around.

Such a good idea !! I must have short area from my ankle bone from the sole of my heal as all trainers dig in my ankle bone so bad these are just perfect height to raise my heal up enough to stop them rubbing . Highly recommend they do move a bit at first but very comfortable once the bedded in
