I bought this Dutch oven specifically for my sourdough bread journey, and it did not disappoint. It retains heat beautifully, which is exactly what you want for bread baking, and the ceramic nonstick surface released the loaf easily and cleaned up without any hassle. Beyond bread, it’s also excellent for soups, stews, and other one-pot meals. The 6.5-quart size is generous, heats evenly, and the lid seals well to maintain moisture and temperature. I also appreciate that it’s non-toxic and free of PTFE/PFOA, which was a big factor in my purchase. It is a bit on the heavier side, but it feels solid and well made. Overall, this is a versatile, high-quality Dutch oven that looks great and performs exactly as expected.

Awesome products! 6 qt is great size Dutch Oven ! Love the steamer insert also! I have multiple size skillets and pots! Sturdy and well made! A breeze to clean! Nothing sticks! But their packaging for shipping is overkill! You need a mechanical engineering degree to access the product through so much heavy duty cardboard packaging! , which Ned withstand a tornado hitting it!! Expensive products but should outlast daily use for many years!❤️

I purchased the Caraway Dutch oven because I was searching for a Dutch oven that wasn’t so heavy. Now I use this Dutch oven for all of my stove top cooking as well as recipes calling for a Dutch oven. It light weight too. It cooks food evenly and is easy to clean. The best I’ve ever used! The cost make it affordable for as much as I use it.

This large Caraway Dutch Oven Pot is Beautiful! I made chili in it and it was so easy to clean! The nonstick coating worked like a charm while the meat cooked to perfection! Everything was delicious! The weight was perfect and not to heavy or light. I highly recommend this pot!

Very nice. Really like the color and so far quite durable. Versatile in its ability to create different meals and holds temps consistently. Pricey, but worth it. So far anyway.

I love Caraway cookware. It looks great, cleans up easily and cooking with it is fantastic.

This Dutch oven is awesome, I love the way it cooks according to temperature and ease of handling it. I have arthritic hands and have great difficulty handling big pots. This works for me and even though it does not look like a 6 1/2 quart pot, because of its design, but it is. I highly recommend it and I know it will last me for the next 20 years as my previous pot which was a Calphalon.

The pot is wonderful. Cooks and cleans up very well. I hate the lid. It is so flat that all the hot condensation pours off when you lift the lid. Almost burned myself the first time. Have to keep a bowl on the stove and try to carefully and quickly move to get most of the condensation into the bowl. Frustrating for such an expensive pot.

It’s really nice , nonstick you don’t need to add oil . Just make sure to use wooden spoons (on all nonstick) to ensure they don’t scratch and become unsafe. The lid handles get hot but not too hot so you can touch but the lid itself gets hot so be careful . Cooking rice like basmati can be a challenge cos the lid keeps bringing in water however, I just add another stainless lid and everything is fine . Overall very happy with it . Would purchase again

I love this pot. Incredibly well made, it’s not at all flimsy, has even heat distribution (induction cooktop), and is super easy to clean. Worth every penny. I intend to buy more in this range.
