I have the card and I understand the grey card but how do you use the color squares for ?

Not sure about the software download but basically take the color squares and have the talent hold it up next to the face. record or take a photo of it. Then in post, adjust the colors of the squares via vectorscope so they are correct. If you don't use a scope , maybe PS has a similar way to correct colors so they are true. Is this waterproof and if not, can I laminate?

No, the chart is not waterproof and I would not recommend laminating it because of the glare that might create. DGK's WDKK is waterproof. That might be a better option for you.

Does this color card also work with Adobe bridge?

This card is not electronic and does not plug into a computer. If you take a photo of this card in a portrait session or to compare to the reproduced card colors on your monitor, you can judge the accuracy of your monitor or post processing. It is also useful to set white balance in post and to check tonality. I use it with Lightroom and Photoshop/Camera Raw. Sorry, I don't know how to apply it in Bridge.

Where can I download the software? This isn't very useful without it and I will have to return it.

This is the grey card only. It says "Use as a reference in studio or post-production" but the description does not mention including photo software. Go to reputable sites for your software.
