Can this be painted over, after it have been laid with tiles adhesive

Morning Its a question i really cannot answer as its not really designed for that and is waterproof so i think you would struggle to paint it

what do you use to stick it on the ply

We would advise cement based tile adhesive

Is it suitable for underfloor heating? (between Reinforced Flexible floor leveller over pipes and s2 tile adhesive)?

No you can't you will need to use Detree matting over under floor heating to allow for movement. It's usually 6mm thick
