Can this use the all metal buttons or does it only do the ones with plastic backs?

When you pressed it only closes 80%. How can I fix this problem?!?

The button maker doesn't work, I had to return mine. I got no assistance from the manufacturer. They did try to pay me to take down my negative review. I turned them down and just asked them to fix their product, they offered more money instead.

Does this machine need to fixed the base when use it ?

It depends to yourself, if you need to fixed it, we have send two screws; if not, please holding the back handle when you use it.
