The head piece is garbage and easily damaged
The head piece is prone to damage easily. 2 bolts on particle board. It needs to be stronger.. but the entire thing is good, stronger round metal not flat bars.Head piece I had to remove and put duct tape wrap about 6in down then put head piece back on. It's more sturdy now ๐

It is exactly what I hoped it would be.I have used it everyday since getting it.There were many sellers selling the same exact item so I just went with the cheapest 1 I could find.I am very happy with this purchase

Not comfortable
The foam headrest is very uncomfortable. Itโs too small and your head moves around while doing exercises. Iโve tried putting a towel or something else to cushion my neck from hitting the metal bar but itโs not stable. As a result, I donโt use this abdominal equipment very much.
