These are perfect for me to get deep into a squat. Very sturdy but they DO slide easily depending on your flooring. If you have them on a smooth surface they will slide around, nothing that can’t be fixed with grip tape.

Great quality product. Good for stretching your calf. Highly recommended.

I waz skeptical at first of the quality but after using them for several months they have held up. Non slip! Great to have for a home gym.
