My friend also purchased the same kind, however, the effects for her were different. Since these insoles are gel, they are much comfier than the usual plastic insoles. I only weigh from 110-120. My friend is in the 130-140s so her insoles after a weak were flat since it’s gel. - My advice would be if you scale from 120s and under, get these.
