The 100% cotton feels soft against the skin, and the sateen weave gives them a smoother feel than basic cotton pillowcases. I also really like the crisp white color because it gives the bed that clean hotel look. They fit my king pillows well, and after washing they still looked good without turning into a wrinkled mess. That alone is a win because I definitely don’t plan on ironing pillowcases. 😂 For the price, the quality feels very good, and the set of two is perfect for refreshing a bed without buying an entire sheet set. Overall, soft, comfortable, easy to care for, and a solid value. Review: A good value breathable pillowcase! Hotel quality!!! - These are super super nice pillowcases!!!. They aren’t thin and cheap, but almost hotel-like quality! I really like the hem. They are soft and a good size. At first glance, I thought that they seemed very long, but were perfect when I put them on my firm memory.-foam pillow. These are very breathable. I’m a hot-sleeper. I have bought 2 sets of 2 pair dark gray ones (total of 4) and one set of 2 light blue. I just got the light blue ones today. I love the color more than I thought I would. It’s really pretty-kind of a smoky light blue. ## Features - 100% Cotton - Imported - Soft bed pillowcase offers added comfort for a better night's sleep - Includes (2) 20 x 30-inch Standard-size pillowcases in White; matches the desertcart Basics 400 Thread Count Sheet Set (sold separately) - Made of 100% cotton; wrinkle resistant and expertly woven to produce a lustrous sateen finish - Machine wash, use only non-chlorine bleach when needed, and tumble dry low for easy home care - Certified MADE IN GREEN by OEKO-TEX, which means that products are tested for harmful substances and made in safer workplaces with reduced environmental impacts - Pillows are not included ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01MUDQUN9 | | Best Sellers Rank | #478 in Our Brands ( See Top 100 in Our Brands ) #9 in Bed Pillow Pillowcases | | Brand | Amazon Basics | | Brand Name | Amazon Basics | | Closure Type | Pull On | | Color | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 33,116 Reviews | | Fabric Type | 100% Cotton | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00844178039680 | | Item Dimensions L x W | 30"L x 20"W | | Item Weight | 0.27 kg | | Manufacturer | Amazon | | Manufacturer Part Number | PC-WHT-SD | | Material | Cotton | | Material Type | Cotton | | Model Number | PC-WHT-SD | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 2 | | Number of Sets | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Resistant | | Pattern | Solid | | Pillow Type | Bed Pillow | | Product Care Instructions | Machine Wash | | Product Dimensions | 30"L x 20"W | | Recommended Uses For Product | Bedding | | Size | Standard | | Style Name | Pillowcases | | Theme | No Theme | | Thread Count | 400 | | UPC | 840095894661 844178039680 | | Unit Count | 2 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Amazon Basics - **Material:** Cotton - **Pillow Type:** Bed Pillow - **Product Dimensions:** 30"L x 20"W - **Size:** Standard ## Images ![400 Thread Count Cotton Pillowcases, Standard, 30" L x 20" W, White - Set of 2, Pillows Not Included - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/512oR9zTl+L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can anyone tell me what country these were manufactured in?** A: China... But you cannot beat the quality for the price **Q: What is the oeko-tex certification number? Pinzon products say they are made in oeko-tex certified factory. Are the products certified?** A: On the label, if it is genuine, there will be an 8 digit number on the label. That is the company's certificate number. You can look up if it is valid on the Oeko-Tex website . https://www.oeko-tex.com/en/consumer/consumers_home/consumers_home.xhtml I cannot find this product or any of the Amazon Basics products. You would think Oeko-Tex would get after Amazon. I will check. **Q: Do these pillowcases have the inside 'pocket' that folds over the end of the pillow?** A: No. They have no pockets to fold over the ends of the pillow. **Q: what is the measurement of a king size pillow case** A: The item description states these are 20 x 40. For reference, a standard king sized pillow case is 20 x 36. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soft, Clean Looking, and Exactly What I Wanted *by J***D on August 8, 2026* I bought these Amazon Basics king size pillowcases because I wanted something simple, comfortable, and easy to wash, and they’ve been a great everyday set. Note that unlike microfiber, these will wrinkle slightly upon washing. That's the only negative so far. I consider them an excellent value for the thread count and quality. ## Frequently Bought Together - Amazon Basics 400 Thread Count Cotton Pillow Case, Standard, 30" L x 20" W, White - Set of 2, Pillows Not Included - AmazonBasics Microfiber Sheet Set, Queen, Bright White - EIUE Hotel Collection Bed Pillows for Sleeping 2 Pack Queen Size，Pillows for Side and Back Sleepers,Super Soft Down Alternative Microfiber Filled Pillows,20 x 30 Inches --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.it/products/43327474-400-thread-count-cotton-pillowcases-standard-30-l-x-20](https://www.desertcart.it/products/43327474-400-thread-count-cotton-pillowcases-standard-30-l-x-20) --- *Product available on Desertcart Italy* *Store origin: IT* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
