Much later took another 2 pills again with water on an empty stomach and waited about an hour before having a snack... Avoided caffeine ( heard leaches out calcium from bones) From experience caused knee pain. Drank pineapple juice since Myomend contains bromelain which is the enzyme found in pineapple. But took half dose of calcium with Vit D & K as directed ( latter 2 gets absorbed better with fat so had bread with butter. Felt better by end of the day. No need to take Myomend later nor the next day. Seems expensive but pain in my case goes away quickly.
