Post was slow but the mic was great
My son asked me to get this for him to replace the mic on his headset, he says it works perfectly

Works very well
This replacement microphone for the A40 headset works just as well as the original microphone, it looks, feels and sounds just like the original too. I can't fault this microphone, it's an almost exact replacement and performs superbly. I recorded my own voice and compared to my original, I couldn't tell the difference. The build quality is great, if you told me it was original manufacturer I'd believe you. 100% recommended.
