Graphitint Mixed Media Set, 19 Piece Set, Graphitint Paint, Pencils & Waterbrush (2305949)

Very nice set. I've been using Derwent for years. Nice addition to any professional artists media. I had one issue though which wasn't rectified. One of the paints were missing. Ehhh, such is life.

The colors of the graphite in the pans are very subtle but will look great as shadows in my portrait works. Getting a damaged package was the only downside, but it was replaced immediately.

I love an old set of Dewent graphite pans so I decided to try this Mixed Media set. The brown half pan is missing from the Mixed Media set I received today. And, the pencils don't dilute completely when placed down dry on paper. I cannot give a better rating because the product I received is missing a pan and the pencils don't dissolve as advertised.

I love this Derwent Graphitent set. Fast shipping. The waterbrush is awesome. I love the way the color changes when you add water to it,

I have several Derwent products always been very satisfied by their product. The grahitint pans are strong pigment, mix well with other watercolors as well. I wish the pans were full pans instead of half pans, maybe Derwent will come up with that. The pencils, were and addition to the 36 set I already had, replacing some of the colors I needed, also excellent pigment works well on watercolor paper, mixed media paper. Either using a brush on the tip , or coloring and blending with other water soluble pencils, they blend well. Also great on wood block white line printmaking, when I need to tone the brighter colors down. I hope Derwent comes out with the full 36 pan set as they have for the graphitint pencils.

The paints work well, the pencils are beautiful. They work exactly as expected!!

Ich bekam das Set heute. Es war leider nur lieblos in einen dünnen, ungepolsterten Pappumschlag von Amazon gestopft worden. Zudem war ein Stift abgebrochen, eins der Farbtöpfchen war leer und hatte Spuren von Benutzung (ich nehme deswegen wurde die bereits geswatchte Farbe nicht mit zurück geschickt), und die Stifte lagen alle wild durcheinander...das Set war auf jeden Fall bereits geöffnet u. benutzt worden. Aber ich habe es telefonisch bei Amazon reklamiert und einen Teil des Preises netterweise erstattet bekommen. Zu dem Set selbst muss ich sagen, daß ich die Idee dazu ganz toll finde! Ich habe bereits die dunklen, nicht granulierenden Wasserfarben der japanischen Firma Boku-Undo, und diese 5 granulierenden Töne von Derwent dazu sind eine wunderbare Ergänzung. Auch die 12 aquarellierbaren Buntstifte im Set sind perfekt, um den Details besser seinen Bildern hinzufügen zu können. Wäre das Set nicht beschädigt und unvollständig hier angekommen würde ich 5 Punkte und sogar geben, wenn das ginge. Ich bin mit der Kulanz von Amazon hier aber sehr zufrieden und muss dem Mitarbeiter am Telefon sehr loben. Er hatte auch einen sehr ansteckenden und netten Humor, so daß mein Ärger gleich nachließ. Nicht alle sind so hilfsbereit, nett u. kulant.
