Why my prime came dented ?

Probably at the time of delivery.

Are these stored outside by the seller? My box had a ton of sand and dirt in it.

Amazon has many sellers and it is not possible to speak for all sellers. I personally have not sold you any prime and I personally so not store my product outside. My suggestion is for you to ask the seller who you intend to buy from that question. I hope that helps. Happy shopping!
