Does it work with Windows 11?

Yes this does. I have windows 11. However for a 10-20 dollars more you can get a raspberry pi screen with way more capabilities. This doesn’t have very many English options

Can the time (12hr vs 24hr clock) & date (month/day/year) be changed? also, can this measure/read tempatures in fahrenheit (f°) or only celsius (c°)?

For temperature units. Please go to our download link, there are Fahrenheit version and Celsius version. Any download or install issues, please contact us for support. For time display format. After clicking run, the time format of the sensor panel will be synchronized with the computer time format. And our software also has a wealth of custom settings, waiting for you to DIY!
