Liquid I.V. Hydration Electrolytes, Strawberry, 16 Count

Big pricey but is definitely the best hydration product on the market, tastes great and dissolves very well.

I have tried a few different flavours of this product, as well as the Vitamin version, and have been thoroughly impressed.Liquid I.V. does what its competitors have never achieved for me - it has left me well hydrated, and perked me up a bit.I first tried these when feeling under the weather, and was able to notice the difference later in the day. Have since used during the UK's recent heatwave, some particularly long hikes, and after drinking. In all of these scenarios Liquid I.V. has performed exactly as it claims.The strawberry flavour is my personal favourite.

Used it for many years. Top quality but pricey. You get what you pay for .

The taste is bad, it is really sweet. I’m not dehydrated so I didn’t notice any difference using this, I bought it for breastfeeding but didn’t notice a difference

These are brilliant for days when extra hydration is needed. I usually drink one glass before going to bed after a night out, and it does make a difference. The taste is good too.

Daughter has severe ME and POTs it’s been a life saver, it got her through the heatwave with very little affects. Normally she becomes dehydrated quickly despite having 2.5litres of water. Can’t comment on taste as she has it via an NG tube.Although expensive she has one sachet a day as the benefits are huge.

Used it at a festival. It saved my friends and I are multiple times. Watermelon is the best flavour by far, shame about the high price tag

It is a good product. Does not upset my stomach and provides necessary electrolytes. A bit too much sugar for my taste and I added double the water recommended to dim the sweetness. Overall a good product

Very helpful for when working out or during hot weather. Would recommend. Vey quick and efficient delivery.

I love this product and it has changed my life, this product is very healthy and it's very hydrating, it easy to dissolve and you can take with you very portable. It costs but will work the cost. It has helped keep me hydrated and it has helped me with migraines , headaches and nausea that go along with migrainesI have to get Botox and I take meds 💊 to help prevent them but this has helped me so much that I don't have to take the medicine 💊 as much it has kept me hydrated and I love ❤️ the flavor and it's mixable and it helps me drink more water even though I was already drinking water and I was still thirsty this quenchs your thrist. And it has 3 times the hydration that you need.I received some electrolytes from my staff a different flavor to try and it didn't make me sick and it doesn't have a aftertaste. I will be trying other electrolytes flavors I want to try the pear. I have tried the lemon 🍋 lime 🍋‍🟩 and the strawberry lemonade flavors . This is a big part of my daily routine now. This has helped me so much more than just the medicine 💊.
