I have bad sciatica and find that sleeping with a good pillow under my knee helps me sleep better at night. I decided to look for a pillow specifically for this and went with this item. I was so excited for it that I even cut off the care instructions tag (and of course can't return it now).-It came in this little duffle like bag and the pillow was folded in half. This caused the form of the pillow to lose its shape.- if you're looking for something that can help elevate your knees/legs I suggest finding a more "fluff" and firm standard pillow. This half moon is no where near high enough to even fulfill my arch behind the knee. If I could compare what this feels like, I'd say fold a bath towel and put it under your knee.I have no idea what this pillow could even be useful for at this point.
