Will these cubes, including x-large work in large duffles?

The extra large compression cubes are better suited for a suitcase, but if the duffle is large enough you should not have a problem fitting them!

Are all national parks packs the same color and saturation? There's one option that comes w/ a clear bag and looks more muted than the other option.

They are a little brighter in color than the picture on Amazon. I was very pleased with them when I received them. Also just got back from my trip and they worked out great. Lots of space and the zippers held up well.

This may be a silly question, but can the compression cubes be safely washed in the washing machine on a gentle cycle in cold water?

Yes they can- we wash them separate from other clothes though. Please hang dry- they should be dry in less than an hour. Do NOT put them in a dryer- they have a special coating that does not do well with extreme heat . If you have any issues with the machine wash please let us know!

My order arrived with 2 pieces different than pictured. a drawstring laundry bag and a clear tsa toiletry bag instead of the shoe bag

The laundry bag can double as a shoe bag and the clear bag is for the required TSA toiletries inspection if you’re flying on an airplane.
