Does it come with the tools to remove the old emblem?

No it does not, all you have to do is use a heat blower and fishing line, after well heated start to slide under old emblem slowly continuing the heat until you have completed. Hope this helps.

Is the red dot painted or a sticker?

It appears to be a decal laid in the recessed area.

Would this fit a 2012? The 2011-2014 make? It is a 5.0, need to know asap thank you
