I've been using this particular product for two years now. I take a teaspoon a day and put some on my face. It is really high quality and fresh. It is worth the money. I feel better brain health and my skin looks smoother.

If you enter all your food into cronometer, it will show you which nutrients you're lacking. Inspite of eating a ton of vegetables, lean protein, dairy, and trying to hit all the 3:6:9 ratios in the healthiest way, I kept falling short on vitamin e and I've seen so many things say you shouldn't take that as a supplement. So if I take about a teaspoon to 1 1/4 tsp of this - depending on what I eat that day, I can hit my RDA for vitamin e. I can tell how fresh it is too as it tastes like it is. I keep it refridgerated to make sure I don't ruin it! Will continue to order this one for sure after I run out.

This oil helps the skin absorb other oils which makes them more effective. I’m glad I found this.

Would be 5 stars, but the product is difficult to use from the bottle. Needs a dropper. I saw this comment on other reviews and thought it was silly. How hard can it be? Well, turns out it's harder than you would think. I either get a drop of the product if I turn it upside-down on my palm, or goodness forget if you try to pour it. I was very careful and it still came out like a fire hose and spilled all over my hand, the bottle and into the sink. Made a huge mess and wasted a ton of product. Can someone from the company kindly reach out? You can see that you care with the quality of the oil. But if it's not easy to access, it does become less appealing. Help!

This works really well for me. It absorbs well into the skin, I put it on overnight for restoration of the skin, and it does not simply sit on top. It has a very earthy smell, as it is a natural product, so just be aware you probably shouldn't put this during the day and definitely not if you will be around a lot of other people immediately after application. The bottle this comes with a simple twist cap, it does NOT have a dropper, syringe, or spout of any kind. You must apply this by carefully dabbing it into a cotton ball, or quickly dab it on to your palm. If you try to pour it, the oil will get everywhere. A spout or application tool would have been nice.

I’m losing a lot of product because I have to pour it out instead of using a dropper- which should be what’s included in the purchase. Then it leaks down the side once you stop tipping the bottle. Next time I’ll buy wheat germ oil that has a better way of dispensing. Otherwise I’m sure the product is fine but at this price it’s upsetting that too much comes out no matter how carefully you tip the bottle then I lose even more product once I tip it straight cuz I then runs down the side of the bottle

I bought it for my 67 year old dad who I thought needed more natural supplements in his life. I read that wheat germ oil is a great natural source of Vitamin E and this one is cold-pressed, so it must be good. It doesn't taste bad (rancid) and definitely seems high quality for the price, so we are very happy with this purchase.
