Device arrived fine with all necessary components HOWEVER the card IS NOT ACTIVE as advertised by ad. Contacting seller and manufacturer has resulted in NO RESPONSE from either. I do not recommend this product if you want it to actually work.

It seems to work like it should, but the are no instructions and tracking yourself is a slow process, at least for me.
