I’ve taken the Turk 500mg for I think 3 months now and really enjoy it, hope it doesn’t get taken off Amazon! This is higher percentage than most others I’ve seen since they all say 10 or 20% so I’m happy with it, seems to be good quality. I take 3 capsules daily! They’re easy to take no side effects for me, as far as I can tell but honestly haven’t been paying attention lol. I’m 24 I weight 202 and I’m 6’3 this has definitely helped in the gym recently I noticed endurance increase around 3 weeks or so.

It absolutely works and for the price compared to others to have that 95% actual product versus by-product is great. I've been taking this product for 6 months and have got to the point where people are even saying things about how much I bulked up in such little time.. after the first week not really seeing/feeling much of a difference I started doubling and taking a thousand milligrams which has proven to be much more effective.. I have even often found myself talking to other guys in the gym how it feels like I've plateaued and not really exhausted myself because I just bounced back so quickly ready to take on more weight and reps..I have not noticed an effect to my energy or weight loss.. but I can definitely tell you that I have built a lot of muscle a lot quicker and recovered twice as fast for sure..I'd like to venture out and try something else just out of curiosity but I'm a creature of habit and this product seems to be working just fine so it's where I'll stay at least for now.

Works great. After about a week i have noticibley more energy and even have better rest. I have faster recovery at the gym too.

I have only been using this since November 1st but I do feel like it has improved and increased my lifts.

Didn't notice a difference

I didn't know what to rate this so I gave it a 3, not because its a bad product but because it gave me headaches when I took it. This may not affect you I'm just telling what happened to me. I only used 4 of them and it would have been nice if I culd have gotten a refund but it is what it is. So please just be cautious and always consult your Dr. Black Forest also has a stellar reputation with their supplements so this review is not a dig at BF or the seller.
