These frozen chunks of avocado are simply the best! I've stopped buying fresh avocados, especially since they go bad fast in the heat of my apartment where I live, and with the frozen ones, they're always fresh once thawed. I'll be buying more of these as long as they're available.

Products arrived completely thawed. Basically 24 bags of useless mush. Will not be ordering again.

The Amazon website description states: "RIPE AVOCADO, ANYTIME: We pick our avocados at peak ripeness to make sure you get the best flavor, nutrients, & creaminess anytime you want." The pieces of avocado in the bag, which I bought at an excellent health food store, are definitely NOT RIPE. They are a light green color, not yellow or creamy as ripe, good avocados should be. I have used these pieces only to make the smoothie recipe printed on the side of the bag, because they do not taste good enough to be edible any other way. Therefore I consider the statement quoted above to be untrue. I truly regret this, because i have invested so much time and money trying to buy good fresh avocados, that I had hoped that these frozen pieces would provide a good source for avocado. At this point I don't know whether I can continue to use them for smoothies or not. I will pray for the makers and sellers for their success to make the product like they have described it and to be true to their words.
