This book gives a nice review of each stage of the Atkins diet and the allowed foods. However, I can find all that information on the Atkins website. I liked the menu given that gave many different options for meals but there were no recipes and that was disappointing. For example, How do I make portabella gravy when I can't use any thickener agent?
