A: yes you can by first moving the button up or down to get to the RPM mode, then go w/button up or down for desired RPM

**Q: Will this work on a 2005 Chevy duramax diesel? And will it read boost pressure?  I’m having trouble finding one of these that will.**
A: As long as you have an OBD2 connector, yes
