I ordered 2 when I opened the second one I thought it was missing the fastner. I emailed the company. About 1/2 later I found it under the stick pads. I emailed them back and told them to disregard. The first 2 nights I used these, there was nothing. Then this morning there was a dead flea on each one. So they are working. I really thought I was rid of the fleas. So now, I know for sure. Every dead fleas is a win.

Other than serving as a bright night light these do not perform as advertised. Liner is very sticky but only thing that stuck was dust.

The device works well. We bought two and the bulb of one of them burned out after two weeks. The other is going strong.

I loved how easy it was to set up bug trapper. I didn't really know how much fleas I had in my carpet til I used this and saw how it trapped all of them.i wished the bulbs it come with last longer.u can put this everywhere, I have 2 cats and they won't get hurt with it. The disks are so sticky.the light is so bright u can use it as a night light.

I am still finding live roaches hiding in other rooms that haven't found the Bug Terminator. What am I doing wrong? However, it has found several tiny bugs.
