Great deal!
Nice laptop and works great. I bought it specifically for running Plan7 Architect and it hasn’t glitched once. Other than that software I run Microsoft office and open AI apps. No problems here. I wish it had a little bigger screen but I knew it was a 14” when I bought it. This was the best laptop I could find for the money. I paid about $370 for it. It’s refurbished but looks great. No noticeable scratches and the battery holds a charge. Came with an AC adapter/charger.

Excellent laptop
Outstanding value. I ran battery diagnostics and the laptop I received has a brand new battery. I don't think you could get better performance for the money. Plus, I feel good about saving it from a landfill. Only defect I've found is a couple deep scratches on the bottom, but that doesn't bother me at all.

Software didn't work.
The loaded Win 11 operating system it came with would not allow it to boot properly. I had to take it in to a computer shop and have Win 11 reloaded. (I did not want to return it due to time constraints). Worked fine afterwords. The unit is in nice condition and has a good battery.

The Laptop was actually what i ordered for and its a good laptop even though it did not have the ports i expected to see.

Del latitude is a great laptop
I’m not sure how old this laptop is. I bought it used. It has been great for me and it was great for the person before me. If you can’t afford $2000 for a new computer, I don’t mind a little bit of outdated for around $400. You can get a great used laptop.

Almost New
My older Dell was starting to fall apart, it also could not support Windows 11. Looked for a refurbished laptop on Amazon and decided on the 7420. It looked and felt new and is more then fast enough to support my needs. Can't go wrong with a Dell Latitude laptop

An excellent buy!
Arrived safely, a day early. It looks and feels brand new. Worked right out of the box, installed with Win 11 Pro. A *lot* faster than my current ancient laptop! It turns itself on as soon as I open the lid. Nicely backlit keyboard. No DVD drive, and it only has a single USB-A port, but there's a USB-C/Thunderbolt port too, which was handy when installing software from an external DVD drive. Battery was about 2/3 charged when it arrived. I've not yet used it much, so I can't really comment on the battery life. Very pleased with it so far. I'd recommend it.

Faulty USB port
I like the computer but the one regular USB port is faulty. Thankfully there are 2 USB-c ports so I bought a cute little USB-C mini travel mouse that I like, and will eventually get a USB-C hub to plug other stuff into. Other than that is has frozen a few times and I have to restart with the physical power button which isn't great but also not a deal breaker. I guess you get what you pay for, the speed and storage capacity is great! The keyboard is backlit but bright white when not lit, so it is easy to see. All in all a good value. The first one I ordered didn't arrive, so after a long wait I canceled it and ordered another one and it came right away, go figure...

As soon as I got this Laptop I loaded AVG antivirus on it . I was getting pop up after pop up and even AVG couldn’t rid this laptop of the viruses on it . The whole windows 11 was full of faults so I sent it back for a refund.
