WEN Drill Press Vise, 4-Inch (DPA424)

Very heavy and excellent quality. I did have to take it apart and smooth out some of the burrs on the screw and the platform. Then i cleaned it up and oiled the surfaces and it works flawlessly and smoothly. It's a perfect mate for my bench drill press.

Perfect for little projects on the vice. Low profile . Great product. It is really made well. Bolt it down and do not break your fingers off.

A standard small drill press vise that gets the job done. I only have one issue with it and that is the Allen head bolts holding it together come loose very easily, you might want to consider loctite for the threads, other than that it works fine.

Really heavy duty vice to go with my new Wen drill press. I use a couple standard c-clamps to clamp it to my work table to hold the work stable for drilling. Very secure.

The build quality is what you would expect for the price. The Moving Jaw is crooked when expanding and contracting the jaws. This is due to loose tolerances; and I had to loosen the bolts holding the moving Jaw to the body, because it was very tight. I will probably add shims and remake the lower moving Jaw place. The quality could have been better.

I purchased this to go on my Wen 10" drill press model 4212. The holes in the vise line up perfectly on the drill press. But I imagine this vise would work well on most drill presses give the elongated mounting holes. Heavy duty for such a small vise. Turn screw move smoothly. Good purchase.

I great accessory to have for your drill press. Holds items im working on well. The quality is very good. Very nice to work with.

Heavy and solid. Note that the grip is metal, but the picture make me mistook it as rubber, so I have to buy the rubber separately for my glass work.

very solid little vice. It needed a little tune up and grease out of the package, so a little time with a file is required. But it has been a workhorse since then. easy to setup on a drill press, and has excellent grip. easy to service too. I got the 6", but I may get the 4" inch too.

La calidad de la prensa es correcta para el precio, necesita ajustes al sacarla de la caja, nada mayor solo una lijada suave en los bordes de las areas maquinadas para retirar las rebabas, una engrasada y ajuste en los tornillo que sujetan las mordazas no se atoren mientras se gira el tornillo. Desafortunadamente después de ajustarla me di cuenta de que no es compatible con mi taladro de banco Makita TB131, aún así me parece un buen producto, dicho lo cual pienso devolverla y buscar una que ajuste correctamente.

Very decent for the price - good weight and smooth action. I did have to file down some very sharp pieces on the inner edge though, so handle carefully until you've checked for these. Otherwise perfect for its intended use
