I've been using the nootropics depot brand for many years and have come to trust the quality. The only thing is whether the particular supplement works for me or not. I tend to be really sensitive to supplements and notice effects pretty quickly. I have had more brain fog in the last two years and I have been doing more to preserve my brain health but I also want immediate help for being faster, accurate and effective as a I work. It's competitive out there and things are just not slowing down, as I age and am not as active as I used to be. I used to get out and move my body to clear brain fog, but it's so hot out and the flu issues covid have changed a lot of my habits. I've relied on supplements and good diet to help me. I originally ordered this for inflammation in general, and there is research supporting dose dependent result for anti inflammatory activity. I recommend you look it up and read about it, because there is a lot of information on this one supplement. It does seem to help. Now, what I am not sure about is whether it might be helpful in reducing the number of migraines that I have. That is my big challenge in life and I know my issues are mostly due to an atlas that is constantly moving into a 'bad position'. When it is right, I feel so much better but finding a chiropractor who will make things better is difficult and risky, and finding one I can rely on has been impossible so far. I know chiropractic can help but I haven't had a good treatment in years. Inflammation that comes up can really cause a lot of obvious issues for me, due to that issue. So, now I am taking nobiletin to see if there is a noticeable shift. I'll update in a month. 4 stars worth trying for cognitive improvement with no caffeine- that so many brain formula products have.
