I Usually order one every year ... and it never disappoints... excl. quality & value. No issues... You could easily clean, dry out & re-use. ...but I choose to replace them annually after long festival days & hikes.

This hydration bladder is really well-made and does exactly what it needs to do. The material feels thick and durable, the hose functions perfectly, and most importantly, it doesn't leak a single drop inside my pack. It also doesn't leave any weird plastic taste in the water, which is a massive plus. The only downside is that the opening can make it a bit clumsy and awkward to fill up to capacity under a standard faucet or water station. It takes a little maneuvering to get it completely topped off without spilling. Aside from that minor design quirk, it’s a reliable, high-quality bladder that's perfect for hiking.

Doesn't leak. Holds up well in the hiking bag. Good length tubing. Read the instructions to make sure you flush out all the icky packaging taste before you use it. Very simple to use. Looks like the picture.

I recently purchased this hydration bladder for a camping and hiking trip to Big Bend. I washed and tested it out before the trip and was pretty impressed with the quality of the materials and parts. It also comes with a spare O-ring for the tube connection which is nice. There was no pervasive smell or anything other than the usual new "plastic" smell that was gone after washing. And importantly, no plastic or chemical taste at all - just pure H2O. It fit and worked great in my REI daypack, carries a good amount of water, was easy to fill on-the-go with the big fill hole, had no leaking at all over several days of camping/hiking, and the bite-valve worked perfectly. Stupidly, I didn't realize it had an On/Off valve and couldn't figure out why the water stopped flowing halfway through my first hike. Turns out I had accidentally pushed the valve in and shut off the flow. So I can attest that this feature works :) So yeah, 2 notes I would share: 1) the bite-valve pushes in/out to shut the flow off/on; 2) to empty the tube of water after washing or using, disconnect the tube, hold it upside down with the bite-valve at the bottom, and just squeezed the bite valve to release all the water. Overall, the quality and functionality of this hydration bladder is excellent and feels premium. Worked flawlessly (other than my own human error) on multiple hikes in hot and rugged conditions. When you factor in the low price (I paid $9.97), I would highly recommend this to anyone. I am updating my original review (below) because the company came through in a big way. Even though the timeframe to return the damaged Water Bladder had expired, the company contacted me and offered a new replacement or a full refund. It wasn't very expensive to begin with, so I figured it was lost money, but true to their word, the refunded me the full purchase price. Hey, mistakes happen sometimes in production and I guess I got a defective Water Bladder originally. But it takes concern for the customer to go out of their way and be so proactive about it. So now I am changing my rating to 5 stars because I just don't experience that kind of outstanding customer service too often anymore. I bought this well in advance of a hike on the Appalachian Trail. I took the hike on May 20th after the window to return the item closed. Two hours into the hike, it sprung a leak and was useless. The Bladder came with instructions on how to deal with issues after purchase. I tried calling the number several times and the call immediately disconnects. I'm not sure if that is their problem or mine but I think it is theirs. Don't wast your money on this useless product. Sometimes you purchase something in advance because you don't want to wait until the last minute. I had filled the bag before the hike and did not notice any problems but the first time using it was a disaster.

Holds water and seems sturdy

This hydration bladder did not last very long before a whole. The last letter I had lasted 3 years and still doesn't have a hole. I took this one on about 4 or 5 trips none of them were overnights. I also wasn't very confident that it wouldn't leak from the threads. The white mouth is wonderful and it was reasonably easy to fill and definitely easy to clean however I am not able to use it with a hole in it. It is just not very rugged so if you are going to purchase this make sure that you are not going to use this for anything more then day hikes. Don't put this one to the test of ruggedness! I would be a lot more sad that I bought this if I didn't get a really cool buff that came free as a surprise I didn't know I was getting.

Works fine so far, but I ordered the 3ltr and got sent the 2ltr. Couldn’t return as I needed it the next day.

1. Leaking near the mouthpiece. 2. Mouthpiece falls off easily. 3. Does not match description at all. This is my second purchase from the same seller after returning the first bladder. BAD PRODUCT!

Very disappointing. I didn't get the one sent in the description! The mouth piece is very basic and rough. There is no quick release where the tube connects to the bag and no free bandana! Update: it has leaked every time I have used it from every opening. I am now returning

Only used it once for a long hike (36km). No leaks, perfect kit.. Does not waste water either, you can completely empty it with the tube. If it can give this same performance long term, it's a spectacular product.
