Can charger be used on rca 10in viking pro ii tablet?

Yes. I have the Viking Pro and Viking Pro II tablets and it works with both. I have used it to charge and to run the tablet while I was surfing. NOTE - the built in cord on the charger is only 3 feet long. I have not compared charge times with the factory original charge and this charger, but it does charge and run the tablet. FYI - the Viking Pro II is a nice improvement over the original Viking Pro. :)

Will this fit my Axess spbt1101 speaker?

I've never used this for a speaker but have found that if the plug fits the charger will work. Make sure you need the 2.5mm plug!
