We’re teaching him to swim and most importantly how to find the exit of the pool for his own safety. I read that dogs don’t see red & green well. But they can see the difference between yellow and blue. So we got the yellow. We were able to cut it easily to fit between the steps of the ramp and along the sides. It seems to adhere to the plastic ramp very well. Hasn’t come off even when under water. Has a lot of good traction for the puppy to grip. And he spotted this immediately on his first swim. Climbs out like a champ. Eventually we’ll add a strip of it to the edge of our pool for him to see yellow, after he’s trained to associate yellow for the area by the stairs.
