Worked great for my first network cable project
This was my first time making my own network cables so there was some trial and error. Getting all of the wires lined up correctly took patience but once I figured it out the crimper was super easy to use. The tester is probably the most useful part of the kit since i have not previous experience. Being able to check each cable after making them saved the guesswork of knowing if i did it right. The crimper made nice accurate connections and I didnt run into any issues. Connectivity was perfect and I got the speeds the cable was rated for. Overall, very happy with this kit and its so nice to be able to make cables in any length as needed. For the price, you cant go wrong versus buying individually sized cables. The crimper seems pretty durable and well built so I think this should last a while.
